About Us
Hi, we’re María (Lali) and Marcelo, the owners behind the company.
Over the past 4 years, we’ve had the privilege of bringing celebrations to life across South Florida, serving clients from Port St. Lucie all the way to Miami.
At Kish Events & Decor, we specialize in creating custom floral and event experiences designed to reflect each client’s unique vision. Every event we create is thoughtfully tailored, because we believe no two celebrations should ever look the same.
I’m María (Lali), the Creative Director and Head Floral Designer behind the brand. I oversee client meetings, design every event concept from start to finish, and constantly experiment in our studio to bring fresh ideas and new trends to life. My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and a Master’s degree in Marketing, which allows me to combine creativity with strategy in every project we create.
Marcelo is the Head of Planning & Logistics. He is the person who turns every vision into reality, coordinating timelines, installations, and all the moving pieces behind the scenes. His leadership experience managing large teams throughout his career has become one of our greatest strengths.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the incredible team that works alongside us to make every event happen.
